Send SMS invite.

When an appraisal is necessary, the agent launches the app and sends an SMS invite to the customer’s mobile number. Customer information is retrieved from CRM and the call is logged as part of your omnichannel history.

Control the recording.

The customer holds their phone and points it in the direction of the damage per instructions of the agent. Once the damage is visible, the agent triggers a photo or video recording remotely, capturing the evidence.

Retrieve evidence.

Photo and video evidence is copied to your appraisal agent’s device or synced directly with your CRM or document management system, depending on chosen level of integration.

Standalone or integrated.

 IN2 Remote Appraiser can be licensed as a standalone solution, connected only your Active Directory or other user authentication systems.

Or it can be fully integrated as a part of your claims case management process. A special Connector Module is deployed, which makes selection of data sources and services easy and secure.

 

Lead time

The service is delivered to customers within 30 days after confirming the order and providing access to a pre-configured IT environment.

Additional agent user subscriptions can be bought for €7/month/user with discounts available for larger deployments.

Insurer customers can use the mobile app for free.

Connector module

For fully integrated deployments a connector module subscription is needed. It provides all integrations out of the box and makes it easy for you to specify which data is retrieved or sent between CRM, IN2 Remote Appraiser or other services. This module is not necessary for standalone deployments.

Initial installation

For both the standalone or integrated version there is an initial installation service charge of 7.000€, which includes installing the application, setting up SMS messaging, basic graphical customization to match the appearance to your color scheme and logo, user directory integration, testing and onboarding.
